Joyce Mason
Joyce Mason is President of NCGR-Sacramento Area Astrologers. She has been a practicing astrologer since 1988 and a writer since she could hold a pencil. Her specialties are Chiron, the outer planets, and depth insights with humor. Joyce has being leading solstice and equinox celebrations for 23 years. She goes all-out every December to help people create a welcome transition to the inner time of winter.
