Cycles within Cycles

Sunday, October 24, 2021
2 – 4 p.m.
The common astrological observation that the Moon represents our emotions, feelings and habits is true but there’s much more to the story. Understanding the connections between our emotions and feelings and how they interact with our habits and reactions is fascinating and quite helpful. As part of our exploration of the Moon we’ll look at the Wheel of Emotions as a system that helps clarify our emotional patterns and reactions.
In what may appear to be a contradiction, the Moon is both deeply personal and fundamentally impersonal. It forms the roots of our separate self while also connecting us to the collective unconscious and the mystery of “other lives.” It connects our individual dream life to the larger dreams of the collective unconscious.
One of the cycles we’ll be looking at is the Moon’s rhythms in the period before your birth and the ninety days after birth. These rhythms set deep patterns that play out over your entire life span, weaving together your inner and outer lives. Ancient and modern insights can help shed light on the significance and beauty of the Moon.
Join us as we look at the multi-level rhythms of the Moon and how to work with these cycles in astrological consultations and in understanding your own life.
