I’m so sorry to have to make this announcement, but out of an abundance of caution, we’ll be cancelling our meetings for the next couple of months.
From what I’m reading, social distancing seems to be the most effective way of not spreading this Coronavirus. For those of you who have already registered for Marie Schoeppel’s March Lecture, we’ll be refunding your money through PayPal.
Now the good news! Marie Schoeppel is being interviewed by Michael Mercury on his radio show (also streaming live on his website (https://mercuryminute.com/radio/zen-astrology-mercury-radio-show) this Thursday, March 19, at 2:30 pm, so you can still hear her forecast on where the US economy is going in the next several years. Not enough time to present everything, but it will still be helpful.

We will be considering setting up a webinar with Oner Doser to replace our April 19th meeting. If any of you are familiar with using Zoom for a webinar, please let me know. We’ll keep you informed if that is something we’ll be able to do by then.
Our Monday Night Astrology Study Group is also cancelled through April.
We’ll miss seeing you in person, but we want everyone to stay safe and healthy so that when we do convene again, we’ll all be none the worse for wear. Who knows, maybe we can set up some online chats on various topics to keep us occupied in our new homebound reality.

Solar Return charts may be considered annually and they are one of the most reliable techniques for the prediction of annual events in the native’s life. Öner Döşer, the founder of AstroArt School of Astrology, School of Astrology Publishing, and Astrology Television on the internet, is an astrology consultant, author and lecturer. His studies represent an important trend in contemporary astrology: the blending of traditional and modern techniques and approaches. He is the writer and co-writer of 25 books, 9 of which have been translated into English. In order to increase knowledge of astrology in Turkey, he organized an annual event named International Astrology Days where well-known astrologers from different countries are invited to speak to astrology students and astrology lovers in Turkey since 2012. Öner has trained over 1400 students, and as of 2016 AstroArt School of Astrology (ASA) has been added to the approved school lists of APAI and ISAR. Öner is an OPA Certified Professional Astrologer and also certified through ISAR Cap, is the Turkish Satellite representative of OPA and a member of APAI.

The last instance of a Saturn-Pluto conjunction in the late degrees of Capricorn occurred in 1284. Philip IV became King of France under this influence, and the policies of his reign had serious consequences for France for the next several centuries.
As the Saturn-Pluto conjunction of 2020 is in effect at the time of the next US election, it will affect the US economy and politics, regardless of who wins. Marie Schoeppel will present her forecast on what is ahead for the US in the long term.
Marie Schoeppel has been an astrologer for over 25 years, emphasizing financial and political astrology. Her book, The Dragon’s Debt – An Investor’s Timeline to Profits During China’s Financial Crisis 2019-2020, is a forecast of the political and financial effects of the Saturn-Pluto conjunction for China and the Chinese Communist Party. Solar Arc Directions are an amazingly simple, powerful technique that allows us to see beyond life’s jumble to the underlying clarity of the Sun’s path. This technique has a reputation for very accurate predictions, but more important is the view it gives of our evolutionary path and inner time table. Karma and inner development often play out right in front of us in the form of events, but events themselves arise out of more subtle connections and necessities. The interplay of inner process and “outer events” is like the unending dance of the Sun and Moon.
Solar Arcs allow us a view of the “template of light” that suffuses the chart with meaning and purpose. This template is a map and a schedule of the insights, inner processes and often events that are needed for our unfolding. The mysterious origins of this modern but seemingly ancient technique will be explored along with how to integrate Solar Arcs with transits and lunar techniques in consultations.
