It’s the time again for our annual Winter Solstice luncheon! We have a very  fun and festive afternoon in store at Catrina’s Cantina in Rocklin (same location we’ve gathered at before, formerly know as

You are welcome to bring spouses, partners or friends, but the seating capacity will be limited There is a $5 registration fee required to hold you seat, This fee will be applied to extra tip and appetizers.

MENU CHOICES are posted below. Please review and have in mind what you might order and bring enough cash to cover your meal including entree, drinks, tax and tip, as separate checks are not available. We’ll be getting the guac!

  • TOSTADA    /    $17.95
    A crispy corn tortilla layered with refried beans, shredded chicken, chopped lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, pico and sliced avocado.  Sub Skirt Steak    /    $6.50
  • MACHO BURRITO    /    $20.95
    Macho tortilla filled with black beans, Spanish rice, shredded cheese, sour cream, pico, sautéed bell peppers, onions and choice of Chicken, Shredded Beef, or Carnitas. Smothered with salsa ranchera and melted cheese.  Sub Skirt Steak    /    $6.50
  • GRILLED FISH TACOS    /    $18.95
    Two grilled Tilapia filet soft corn tacos filled with cabbage salad and house caper sauce. Served with Spanish rice and choice of refried pinto or black beans.
  • CHILE RELLENO    /    $17.95
    Fresh poblano pepper stuffed with shredded cheese dipped in egg-white batter and fried to a golden brown and smothered with ranchero sauce. Served with Spanish rice and choice of refried pinto or black beans.
  • ENCHILADAS    /    $17.75
    Two enchiladas filled with choice of cheese, shredded chicken, or shredded beef and topped with your choice of one sauce, ranchero, tomatillo, guajillo or mole poblano. Served with Spanish rice and choice of refried pinto or black beans.

All meeting times are in Pacific Time. We wish to thank all of you who made donations during the pandemic “lockdown” period. You made it possible for us to offer our presentations for free, but who’d have imagined it would last for so long? We continue to bring you top quality speakers and our fees are now $10 for members and $15 for non-members. (As always, scholarships are available and donations are appreciated.)
